Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or if you no show for your appointment, 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. By booking with The Bearded Lady, you agree to this policy. - All clients are held to a strict 3-strike rule. After 3 missed appointments or no call/no-shows, we require payment up front and in full for your service at the time of each booking. We ask that you please respect our time, as we have an ongoing wait list of dedicated clients that would love to take your appointment slot. -Although your initial consultation is complimentary, if the consultation is missed or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $95 fee will be accrued. Please understand that we strive to accommodate new and existing clients, and your Electrologist sets ample time aside for your consultation.
